Heal & Transform

at our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Relationships Retreat

 April 24, 2026 to April 26, 2026

in Lake Gaston, NC

(See interest form at the bottom of this page)

This experiential weekend workshop combines the healing power of subcutaneous Ketamine – one of the most bioavailable forms of this medicine – with meditation & mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Transformational/Neurodynamic Breathwork, gentle yin yoga, art/music therapy, recreation & deep rest, all in the exceptionally beautiful setting of a private lakefront villa on Lake Gaston. The retreat will be a deeply healing & restorative opportunity for couples, all within the confidential & supportive structure of a group-therapy environment.

Accommodations consist of private double bedrooms with shared bathrooms, shared kitchen & living space (more details provided in registration documents). NOTE: Bedrooms provided are first-come, first-served. Lake view rooms will likely be taken first.

Intention of the Retreat:

The purpose of this retreat is to assist participants in curating a deep & meaningful relationship with their Core Self, while healing aspects of themselves that can keep them stuck in dysfunctional behavior patterns and undermine healthy relationships. Ketamine is utilized in this setting to facilitate profound existential & even spiritual shifts which can bring about significant changes in consciousness & release blocks that hinder joy, love, deep peace, connection, & true empowerment.

When used in the context of "Relationship," this medicine can help couples to rediscover joy, connection, passion, and wonder together! It can also help individuals address longstanding patterns that cause breakdowns in their relationships, providing an opportunity to release these patterns and replace them with healthier ways of being and doing, and allowing NEW POSSIBILITIES FOR "RELATIONSHIP" TO EMERGE!

Here is a quote from one of the individuals that has worked with me doing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in a Couples Format:

"This medicine feels like it fast-forwarded therapy in a way nothing else could have! Our 36-year marriage was practically dead, with so many patterns of anger, resentment and anxiety built up. Doing the KAP as a couple has been the single most life-altering thing we've ever done. It allowed us to stop being so protective and to change our patterns of interaction with one another! We've been able to witness one another's DEEP healing process, and this has given us such a beautifully vulnerable new beginning together.

We are FINALLY loving one another the way we have always wanted to. Our friends can even see it! Our connection, intimacy, and closeness have grown in a way I don't think could have ever been possible. I finally have the love I've always wanted, Liza. 'Thank you' doesn't express my eternal gratitude for what you are offering."

Who is Invited to Participate?

We are inviting couples and individuals who desire to take their healing & intimacy to a much deeper level than ever before in a relationship format.

"Do I need to be in a couple in order to participate?"

Not necessarily. We are utilizing the "Couples" context in this workshop as an opportunity to heal in relationships. However, this does not mean you must currently be in a relationship to participate. In fact, you may have a lot of healing work to do, to release yourself from dysfunctional or unworkable patterns in your relationships, and this retreat may be exactly what can help you move into healthier patterns of relating! Additionally, you may be in a relationship, but may prefer to attend without your partner present.

If you are an individual who would like to attend this retreat, we may be able to pair you up on the dosing day with another individual participant.
