Important Details About Retreat:

Food and Drink:

As this is a "Beta" event, so to keep things simple, participants are asked to bring their own food/drinks for breakfast and lunch with the option of bringing extra to share. We will provide healthy snacks throughout the event, and a full meal for dinner on Saturday night (If you have food allergies, sensitivities or a special diet, please indicate this on the registration forms).

Participants are invited to bring coolers, which they can leave in the garage, and they will have the opportunity to prepare their own breakfasts and lunches in the very large gourmet kitchen. Please plan simple foods that do not require a great deal of preparation, unless this can be done prior to arriving at the retreat.

What To Bring/Not to Bring:

Participants are encouraged...

...to bring the following to this retreat:

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with multiple layers
  • Sufficient Breakfast & Lunch foods for yourself and, optionally, to share with others (Healthy foods are best)
  • Cooler for your food/drink. There is limited space in the refrigerator.
  • Meaningful items to place on the altar (photographs, stones, divination cards, special tokens)
  • Water bottle (the villa has amazing tasting, clean, unadulterated well water)
  • Optional Journal/diary and pen/pencil
  • Comfort items to have during dosing day, including optional pillows/blankets, stuffed animals, etc.
  • Sleeping mask, if you want to use your own
  • Bathing suit and beach towel for hot tub (bath towels are provided)
  • Yoga mat, if you have one, and other yoga supplies like blocks, bands, etc.
  • All prescription medications you are advised by Sarah Tatko (during your medical clearance call) to continue taking
  • Sunscreen, mosquito repellent
  • Optional fishing poles/bait

... to NOT bring to this retreat:

  • Weapons or dangerous items
  • Foods that could trigger allergies (like peanuts or peanut butter)
  • Personal Headphones (we will be using speakers for the music)
  • Heavily fragranced or perfumed items (to respect that people may have sensitivities)
  • Expectations (Intentions are fine, but being too attached to them can limit what's possible and take away from your experiences

~ Mandatory Medical Clearance Call with Sarah Tatko ~

After you pay your non-refundable retreat registration deposit of $400 per person, Sara will reach out to schedule this call at a time that is convenient to all.

Couples can do their clearance call consecutively with Sarah (each participant goes one after the other).

It is IMPERATIVE that you share your entire medical history with Sarah, and bring a list of all of your current medications to this meeting.

Medical Clearance Calls are an additional $230, which must be paid directly to Sarah Tatko. This fee is non-refundable.

~ Mandatory Preparatory Zoom Call ~

We ask that participants eat their dinner before the program begins at 6 pm.

(see below for more details on food for this event).

Saturday, April 25, 2026

Dosing Day is Saturday.

The living room of this gorgeous villa will be transformed into a sanctuary...

Participants are broken into 2 groups of 6 journeyers.

There will be 2 groups of journeyers; Group 1 will go in the morning and Group 2 in the afternoon. Participants who attend retreat without a partner will be assigned one.

Partners take turns being "sober sitters" for one another.

Participants who are not dosing in the morning should eat breakfast prior to 8 am. Those who are will be fasting and then eat lunch during the break between dosing groups.

Saturday, 8 to 9 am:

The day starts with neurodynamic breathwork. Here is a review from a former participant in

Breathwork with Liza Shaw:

“(It) was truly mind-altering. I cannot believe how Liza was able to help us transcend our ordinary states of consciousness so quickly! During the experience, I saw incredible visuals and felt my ego just gently falling into the background while my spirit seemed to soar forward and relish the chance to be released!”

 Saturday, 9 to 6 pm:

After a short break, there will be a morning group and an afternoon group receiving the medicine.

Sarah Tatko, DMSc, PA-C, will administer the medicine and will also be present for the entire Dosing Day.

The group will briefly discuss their intentions together prior to receiving the medicine.

Dinner will be provided at about 6:30 pm on Saturday.

(Participants are asked to provide information about food allergies/sensitivities/special diets in their registration forms)
