Support Groups/Classes (Remote and In-Person)

Whether you are seeking parenting training, codependency recovery , tools for healthy relationships or other important topics, our support groups/classes can provide participants with support and skills necessary to succeed! We offer both in-person and remote options.
We only offer these groups/courses on a limited basis. To allow for a safe, confidential space, our groups/classes are closed and require pre-registration. If we are not currently offering a group that you would like to participate in, we will take your contact information and let you know when we will be offering it in the future.

Below is information on an upcoming or current support group:
The flier below describes our previous Support Group, "Breaking Free from Codependency." We are not currently offering any support groups, however, please contact us as admin@powertothrive.com if you would like to be put on a list of interested parties for upcoming groups. Participants can attend a remote support group with Marriage and Family Therapy Services from any location and are not limited to the states of NC and Arizona. This is because support groups are psycho-educational and not therapeutic in nature.
Marriage and Family Therapy Services is interested in learning more about the topics YOU ARE INTERESTED IN, for support groups! Please contact us and let us know what you would like us to offer! We just might design a group for you and others like you!

* High Speed Internet
* A computer or tablet
* Headphones (to cut down on background noise)
*A private, quiet space to sit during the meeting
* Download the Zoom app on your device (you will receive an email invitation when you register)
